For example: On a monday you only have time to do a quick no nonsense fat burning routine with me so we train for a full 30 min. That leaves your balance at 170 minutes left which can be another 5 1/2 sessions of about 30 min each! You decide how long or short these workout sessions are until your minutes run out! Then buy more to continue! For $200 you can have 10 sessions at 20 min each if you like! Is it worth it you ask?? Yes! These minute by minute workouts are designed for quick interval training when you simply don't have the time but you still want to burn 200-300 calories in 20 min! Guaranteed you will be sweating, challenged, and highly satisfied by the end! Lose 1-2 lbs per week (must have a proper diet to make this happen)! This is a monthly subscription to having your own customized daily meal plan that is catered to your caloric needs to lose your desired weight without the exercise! This is for you if you have no idea how to count calories, not sure what is healthy or not, don't know how to read nutritional labels, or you just don't want to think about it. If you don't know by now, to lose weight is all about the energy going in vs. the energy going out. In other words Calories in vs. Calories out!
